Systems: the argument

AI exposes the real shape of an organization's systems. The barriers are rarely only technical. They are also procedural, departmental, historical, and human.

Better systems can reduce duplication, connect handoffs, and help information move without requiring people to act as the bridge every time.

But connection needs boundaries. Not every system should be open to every person, and not every process should become automatic simply because integration makes it possible.

A connected system still needs clear boundaries.
