Learning: the argument

Organizational intelligence is not complete when a system gives an answer. It becomes valuable when the organization learns from outcomes, exceptions, failures, and feedback.

AI can help notice patterns after decisions are made. It can reveal where policy and practice diverge, where customers struggle, where work slows down, and where knowledge is missing.

But learning requires a culture willing to examine what the system shows, not only use it to move faster.

A smarter system should make the organization more capable of learning.
