AI can make recommendations, prepare options, identify anomalies, summarize tradeoffs, and bring relevant context into view.

That can improve decisions. It can also make responsibility harder to see if recommendations become defaults and defaults become outcomes.

The organization needs to know which decisions can be assisted, which can be automated, and which require visible human judgment because the consequence belongs to someone.
