What should customers experience more of, not less of?

Customers: the argument

Customers do not experience an organization as a technology stack. They experience speed, clarity, consideration, competence, and the feeling that someone understands what matters.

AI can make service more responsive. It can reduce waiting, remember context, guide decisions, and give people better answers.

But speed can also become a way of avoiding attention. A stronger customer relationship comes from knowing which moments should be automated, which should be assisted, and which should remain unmistakably human.

The best customer experience is not always the least human one.
