Public Confidence: the argument

Public trust is affected by more than customers. Employees, vendors, communities, regulators, and the broader public may all judge whether the organization is using technology responsibly.

Communication matters, but communication cannot substitute for conduct. People need evidence that the organization has considered consequences, designed recourse, and accepted accountability.

The goal is not to make AI sound responsible. It is to make the organization's choices capable of earning confidence.
