AI expands what is possible. It can infer, rank, predict, summarize, monitor, personalize, and decide at a scale that was previously unrealistic.

Responsibility begins with boundaries: where the organization will not automate, what it will not infer, what information it will not use, and which decisions deserve a higher standard of care.

These limits should not be discovered only after harm or discomfort appears. They should be part of the vision from the beginning.
